A structural and visual redesign focused on clarity, accessibility, and sustainable content management.

UX Strategy

As an iconic global music label, Warner Music Germany required a digital presence that balanced brand identity with clarity and usability. The existing website relied heavily on long-form biographies and dense content, which made the experience difficult to scan and maintain. This structural shift reduced long-term content maintenance while improving clarity and overall usability.

I led the strategic and visual direction of the redesign, simplifying the content structure, introducing a scalable artist grid system, and refining the visual hierarchy to create a more focused and sustainable experience.

The redesign established a clearer, more scalable digital foundation for Warner Music Germany. Improved contrast, refined typography, and a rebalanced visual system strengthened accessibility and overall legibility in line with WCAG standards. By simplifying the content structure and introducing a scalable artist grid, the platform became easier to maintain and more focused on artist visibility.

The result was a modernized experience that preserved the brand’s identity while creating a more sustainable and accessible digital presence.
